Lex Rex knives started in 2014 in southwest Wisconsin by Jordan Hines. Jordan began making knives as gifts for family and friends but quickly started selling his handmade one of a kind products through word of mouth and Instagram.

Each knife is made from high carbon steel using the process of stock removal. Every knife is made based on original designs by Jordan and customized to the customer’s preference.
