Jr. Howler
This blade is a collaborative project with my twin sons Solomon and Silas. The overall shape was inspired by them with my input to help create a blade that is perfect for a youth sized hand while also being a comfortable and usable 3 finger blade for a larger hand. They were involved with every step of the process in building these blades but were guided by my own hands to ensure these blades are of the same quality of all my other work. This blade is made from 3/16” 80crv2 steel and has an overall length of 6.25” and a 2.75” blade length.
The blade is a full flat drop point that has a flat black Caswell finish.
The handle material is hand textured aerospace carbon fiber with carbon fiber pins.
It also includes the pictured kydex sheath and a slim 2.2 ulti-clip belt clip.
All proceeds from the sale of this blade will be divided between my sons as a reward for hard work and a lesson in the benefits of learning and using new skills to create beautiful and usable tools.
